Not sure if these were doing what they were supposed to do, but for me, my system locked up. I gained weight and was quite grumpy. I started with one per day as suggested and that was more than enough. I’m 68 and was 194lbs. I’m still 68 but up to 197 watching everything I eat as I was on a good diet and had lost 42 lbs prior. This was sending me in a direction I didn’t want to go. I’ve taken other brands before that didn’t affect me this way. I’ll have to go back to those.
