I do not have any way to tell how well these work. They do smell a little odd but most muti vits do that. They are quite large in size & are rectangular in shape without sharp corners. Most of the vits are 100% R.D.A. but not all. The price is reasonable as you get 4 months worth. If you can swallow large-ish tablets then try these.

These are really good value. The tablets are not difficult to swallow and also don’t smell bad! They are not the “normal” hard pressed tablets with a shiny coating, but more like yeast tablets consistency- i.e. very slightly textured. They also have a faint smell of a yeast tablets.

They're not micro tablets as it says in one of the images... They're massive so you'll probably need to break it in half, which isn't really a problem. They smell and taste disgusting which is to be expected of all multivitamin tablets but hey it's a fiver for a 4 month supply.

Lovely vits we all need them at some time in our lives these you actually know you have had them you can feel the way they make you feel more healthy great easy to swallow give them too marks

Bought this for my Mum and she always wonder how it does the magic. She encourages me to use it and it does the work. Recommendable

I'll start with the good points. Decent price, easy to store due to resealable bag. Good amount of vitamins and minerals. Easy enough to swallow. Now the not so good. They stink, its awful. They have a weird powder coating on them that leaves your hands stinking. They taste awful. I would not buy again.

Daughter wont use them as they are uncoated & she struggles to swallow thm. I use them daily and they are fine

I’ve taken all sorts of multivitamins over the years and none of them have ever smelt like this. The moment you open the bag you get hit with a strong egg/sulphur stink that honestly made me gag. It’s not a mild smell either, its instantly over powering and has gotten worse since purchasing. There’s no excuse for tablets to smell this foul. I can only put it down to contamination, poor manufacturing, or cheap ingredients. Either way, they’re not going anywhere near my mouth. I don’t trust them and I won’t be buying again. Save your money and try something from a brand that actually cares about quality control.
