I do not have any way to tell how well these work. They do smell a little odd but most muti vits do that. They are quite large in size & are rectangular in shape without sharp corners. Most of the vits are 100% R.D.A. but not all. The price is reasonable as you get 4 months worth. If you can swallow large-ish tablets then try these.

These are really good value. The tablets are not difficult to swallow and also don’t smell bad! They are not the “normal” hard pressed tablets with a shiny coating, but more like yeast tablets consistency- i.e. very slightly textured. They also have a faint smell of a yeast tablets.

They're not micro tablets as it says in one of the images... They're massive so you'll probably need to break it in half, which isn't really a problem. They smell and taste disgusting which is to be expected of all multivitamin tablets but hey it's a fiver for a 4 month supply.

Lovely vits we all need them at some time in our lives these you actually know you have had them you can feel the way they make you feel more healthy great easy to swallow give them too marks

I'll start with the good points. Decent price, easy to store due to resealable bag. Good amount of vitamins and minerals. Easy enough to swallow. Now the not so good. They stink, its awful. They have a weird powder coating on them that leaves your hands stinking. They taste awful. I would not buy again.

Daughter wont use them as they are uncoated & she struggles to swallow thm. I use them daily and they are fine

I have changed my review. The reason they smell is because most manufacturers cover vitamins with synthetic gel to cover the taste and smell, why because like most of the comments they taste bad they smell bad, that doesn’t sell. However what I can tell you is these work in 2 weeks I have become more active more interested and more energy. Ignore the smell these work.

As soon as I opened the packet I thought I was going to vomit. I even got my 3 children and husband to smell them as I thought maybe it was just me, but nope. The smell is rancid, I tried to suck it up and just swallow them as quick as possible but the taste they left in my mouth was so unpleasant, I managed 4 nights, but I couldn't bare to put another one anywhere near my mouth, if you do not like unpleasant odours I would stay far far away from these and advise your neighbours not to get them either because you will smell them even with your doors and windows closed
