This is a handy little gizmo for keeping a strong grip. Adjustable, so that you can build strength gradually and also strengthen individual fingers.

Cheap but decent quality.
This works ok, and seems to be decent quality. Certainly seems to be a good price. You get what you pay for, but if i was being picky i'd say the tension adjustment isn't very precise. I have relatively large hands (a bit over 8 inches long if that is helpful), and the overall size is a little bit smaller than would be ideal for me, but still usable.

Good strengthening device does work but no way goes up to 60kg and handle is very uncomfortable and gave me plenty of blisters
