True nonsense and waste of time. You won't be able to even pull an ant with this. Customer care says, no return only replacement which was another nonsense...What's the logic in replacing a product which doesn't work/help.

The dent puller is actually quite small and may be good for smaller dents. I ordered expecting the product to be a bigger size than actual product

This is actually a very good product. To remove dents, you need to pour warm water on the area first and then use the tool, repeating the process multiple times. In my case, it took around 20–25 attempts because the dent was on the lower side of the pillar, which is a strong metal area, but it still recovered about 80% of the dent. The service centre had quoted me ₹10,000 for the same repair, so this tool was a great alternative. You just need patience and the right technique, along with warm water, to make it work. Despite reading many negative reviews, it worked really well for me, and the cost is very affordable.
