It mainly consists of photo references of the male form with some female, all showing poses of muscle and form in various action poses. The quality of the book is comparable to their Artists' Master Series, the matte cardboard cover is very easy to dent and damage. There is no protective coating; the matte cover can be easily scratched. The spine and binding are somewhat loose, so make sure you're supporting it.With over 360 pages and hundreds of high-quality photos and illustrations, it's an excellent addition to their Anatomy for Artist series of books.
