Aleph Objects Inc. Mini Flexystruder, v2

I love this extruder and I hate it because TPU has become my most used filament. As soon as it was available for the mini I bought one. I take full blame for screwing up that one. I had tried one time to print PLA through it and half way through the print the PLA had worn away the PTFE insert. I had replaced the PTFE (it took a few try's to bore it out properly) and it was never quite right. It ended up failing on me during an important job so I ordered a new one. All was good till one day the main body split running along the PTFE insert. By that time you could download the STLs and print out replacement parts. How ever this part requires you to bore out holes that my cheap ass drill press doesn't have the tolerance to achieve on the first, second and sometime third try's. Again a job forced me to buy a new tool head and this time I got it through Amazon. This one printed fine for a couple of prints then began to get air bubbles into the extrusion. I soon notice a crack in the main body at the base. Fortunately Amazon got me a replacement before I could even pack up the defected one to send back (I love Amazon!) To conclude, this is a must have attachment for the Mini but it's got an Achilles heel in the form of that main body. Until they can come up with a better design they should really offer that part preassembled by it's self.
