I’ve had these resistance bands for almost a year now, and I use them every single day. They’ve held up incredibly well—no tearing, no stretching out, and the tension is still just as strong as when I first bought them. The material feels high quality, and they’re comfortable to use for all kinds of exercises. Whether I'm doing strength training or simple stretching, they work perfectly. Honestly, these are some of the best resistance bands I’ve owned. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

My DPT recommended these. The bands come in 5 colors and resistance level with the yellow being the least resistant and the red being the most resistant and the thickest. I haven't gotten to use the red one, yet. But thus far, I am quite pleased. They are very well made and come with a nice pouch if you're away from home and want to take them with you.

This are very handy for practicing a variety of exercises, easily adaptable to home gym. The text indicating the lbs is appreciated. Good quality and durability if well stored.

I purchased these in order to use them both in warm ups and in my workout. They come with a nice compact storage bag that keeps them all in one location. They are good quality and have held up well for the few months that I have had them. They are reasonably priced and got here in a timely manner.

Excellent bands. They're a little long.. which makes me hopeful that I can use the bigger one to help for pullups some day, but for now I'm just using the 2nd-smallest one for some clam shells. This requires that I fold the band into thirds.. which makes it REALLY tight around my knees.. but not unreasonably so. ...I could use them only folded over once, instead of twice, but that didn't give me enough resistance. I like that they're different colors and that their strength correlates with the width of the band. Definitely suggest that you will want a peg somewhere to hang them on. I'm hanging them on a peg on the side of my Smith Machine.

These bands are good quality. I have used them to strengthen my knees. These give you a good range of motion. They are thick well built.

I ordered this for my boyfriend as a gift. He absolutely loves it! It has motivated him to work out more and has made his workouts much easier.

They are perfectly adequate bands at a reasonable price. They are not what is pictured though. There are no weight ranges labeled on the bands. That might be fine for you but if you are trying to integrate these bands in with another set of heavier bands, it’s going to be a guess where they overlap as color coding is not universal.
