Great product- I used it span a 16 FT series of French doors (3 sets of doors). Don't believe the reviews that say this doesn't meet the advertised length.Pros* Strength, no rod sags- able to install a 16 FT length with only 3 supports. One on each end plus one in the middle. Rod does not sag at all. Allows you to open the curtains all the way and bunch them closest to wall vs. having many bunches on the wall if more supports were req'd* Appearance- brushed nickel provides a contemporary look* Easy to install. Rods assemble easily by installing the smaller diameter pieces into the larger diameter and then alternating the fitsCons* Rod is a bit thick. Make sure curtains have large enough hole to fit thru rod* When sliding curtains back and forth, sometimes they get stuck on the transition between rods. Requires a little tug to free it. This is to be expected given the length it spans and the number of rods required to meet the req'd length.Would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Purchased these for outdoor use on our 650 sq' deck. We had Custom made Sunbrella curtains made for use on a 20' Span & a 16' span to box in a Movie viewing area. By manufactures specifications it should have taken two sets but by my standards it required three sets to be sturdy enough & not bow in the middle with the Heavy Sunbrella fabric.Pros1. Specifications say very long span which I needed for a 20' span2. Holding up well so far, used thru a full winter & now Summer.3. Nice color for deck use.4.Negatives:1. For the 20' span I needed the rod for I had to combine two sets together to make it sturdy enough for my Custom Heavy weight Sunbrella curtains. This wasn't a big deal since it works well with the extra added pieces & is very sturdy now after mths of use. I just wouldn't trust it for a 20' span without this modification.

I bought 3 of these curtain rod sets and they look good. They are very easy to install and assemble, they are strong and look good. Great value for money. However all 3 sets arrived with varying degrees of damage to one end of the larger central rod and on one set I had to bend the damaged lip of a rod end out so that the smaller rod would fit inside as designed. There was no damage to the shipping packaging, or the product packaging, and the damage had occurred on the same part of each wide rod so the damage must have occurred at manufacture prior to packaging.Luckily the damage was such that it can be hidden by turning the damaged part towards the wall, so I am able to use the rods without having to go through the pain of returning them and they still look very good. These rod sets however would have scored 5 stars if not for the damage to the sets.

Good product at a reasonable price that is well made, easy to install and functional. Had difficulty finding a 19 foot long rod and this one worked very well. As other reviewers have noted, they send you two of the shorter rods (86 to 144 inch) to form the one rod that adjusts up to 240 inches. Unlike some of the other reviews stated, this was not a problem. We received both sets in the same package. The instructions are easy to follow and the two sets go together easily to form the longer rod. Also, because you are getting two sets they are more than enough support brackets for the long distance and you end up with extra hardware (brackets, end pieces, screws). Once installed this worked well and there is no sag over the 19 foot length. Would purchase this again.

I wanted white curtain rods to temporarily hang reflective fabric for my LED green screen system for a video studio I built in my office. I was looking for white so that when I put away all the video equipment the hardware and rods would blend in, which they do. The rods are very sturdy and long and look nice. I was able to use regular shower curtain hooks to hook my green screen fabric to it. The hardware is not at all flimsy and also can be extended. To my surprise, they are very sturdy even extended! The one thing I would point out however is that it is a 3-piece rod with the wider rod in the middle and the narrower rods on the ends (for extending) which means that there will be "bumps" where the wider rod and narrower rods join on both ends of the wider center rod. If you are opening and closing curtains a lot using these, the curtain rings will probably need some extra help (not on the opening but on the closing when they will have to "jump the bump" -- just a warning). Otherwise, I am very happy with these. Oh, and be prepared for a large size box to arrive with the rod in it. I made the mistake of delivering to my home and then having to get them to my office. Ooops!

It is difficult to find a rod this long for a reasonable price. This rod was the perfect size and easy to assemble. I like the fact that it is almost infinitely adjustable depending on which rod pieces you use. It is very sturdy. No bowing. And it is a beautiful color (antique bronze).

I have been searching for long curtain rod's forever and I'm pretty picky on quality. I bought the long ones that are adjustable up to 240". It is two sets you put together to make the one long rod. I have the one rod above two windows and the sliding glass door. It is approximately 180 inches the pole spans. These rods are very substantial and strong. I had no problems putting the five pole pieces together and covering the 180 inches. I also only needed to use three support brackets total. They do have the spots where the poles meet and the curtains have to 'jump' the little lip but all curtains/curtain rods do that. I was lucky that I basically only needed the length of 4 poles (have to use 5 to connect bigger pole sections in middle) and was able to position the lips only over the middle of each window. Also, I looked at the gold (it's painted on gold paint), gold metallic (looks like a lighter color brass), and ultimately ended up keeping the black ones - purely decorative choice. Hope this helps.

Perfect. We had a curtain rod that extended to 12'. It was flimsy, bowed, and would come apart often. This set... with a thin bar completely encased by 2 wider poles offers a LOT of support.

Par contre, pleine extension ( mur à mur), elle courbe. J,r vous conseil de la prendre plus longue avec un peu de jeu. Car il n'y a pas assez de support de soutien. Il devrait en ajouter un de plus. On en a ajouté un. Ils en fournissent 3 mais ils devraient en mettre 4.
