Great customer service
The grill cover is very good quality and fit our new Coyote grill perfectly. After 4 months the elastic had completely worn out and was not fitting securely. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and they were very good about sending me a replacement. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Excellent product and honest, responsive seller
Product is sturdy as advertised. There was an issue with delivery due to issue on my end. Despite not being the fault of the seller, seller immediately took steps to redeliver to another address per my request. Outstanding communication and customer service by this seller. Not Durable - will increase in size and then not fit
We had this cover (in black) on my grill when we purchased our home. I always thought it was odd that the previous owner had purchased a cover that was a size too big for the grill, so I finally purchased a new one so that it fit correctly. When new, the cover was perfect, looked so good! Six month later... the cover is 4+ inches too wide and floppy... any wind and it blows off. DO NOT buy this cover if your grill is in the sun. It seems the cover can not take the elements, and simply imcreases in size with heat, weather, etc. So bummed because it looked so good new, but useless at this point and a waste of money.

Exactly what we needed to replace our Coyote grill cover. Fits perfect, color better than the old cover and delivered quickly.

Cover Does Not Hold Up Well
In less than a year, the seams are starting to come apart. Not very good quality.My previous Coyote BBQ cover lasted for almost 5 yrs. Made better, but no longer available. Wish the previous covers were available.

Like that is elastic at bottom, stays on grill, no chance of coming home. And it is easy on, easy off

Very poor fit
The cover is so small that I can barely stretch it enough to fit over the grill far enough to cover the touch screen. There is also no way to keep the front of the cover securely in place so that it doesn’t pop back up and expose the screen. Also, the back corners of the grill have sharp edges, and with the cover being so tight, it won’t take long before the cover ends up being torn in that area.
