Moves around even with straps

I recently developed RSI and had to go on a hunt for the perfect chair. It appears that chairs on their own don’t provide the support that I needed, as you need to sit at a certain angle with your shoulders open. You also need to feel comfortable enough to sit for such a long time as 8 hours a day. I tried three chairs, all very pricey, just to discover I need pillows to keep me upright. They kept falling off and didn’t really feel right. I bought this pillow on the off chance it helps, mainly out of desperation. But I find that positioned correctly on the right chair, it gives me just enough support and feels very firm but soft at the same time. I’ve sat with this for about a week and I can already feel the difference in my back. I can actually concentrate on work now! I can’t believe I’ve got the right set up finally for such a relatively low price. It’s so easy to return things these days, so go for it, you’ve got nothing to lose!

I bought this and the accompanying Feagar coccyx seat cushion a few weeks ago to relieve my back and neck after 18 months of working from home in an office chair. They have mostly been fantastic, and my neck is now rarely troubling me as the pair of them have so improved my work posture. My legs are far more relaxed and I am no longer pushing my feet into the floor.The lower back support is great, though it took me a while to figure out that crossing the straps at the back keeps it in position on my chair whereas just using them horizontally means it slides about. Removable and washable covers also brilliant for spills and general freshening up.It would be helpful if the product description gave some more dimensions, as in minimal size of chair and maximum size of person. These products would not suit someone who is very large or heavy.With these provisos, thoroughly recommend.

I first purchased the seat cushion which I like overall. It is quite firm, so if you prefer more of a feather cushion sort of feel it probably isn't for you. I personally like the firmness as I feel it won't just sink in and get flat like most other cushions. I also like that the shape of cushion is like it has been molded to me, so I feel quite secure in the seat. It did however feel it was incomplete not having the back rest for it, so a few days later, I purchased the back rest which I received today. I separately like this too; it is not as firm as the seat rest but is definitely still firm enough that it wont flatten. I kind of prefer the comfortability of the back rest compared to the seat cushion (but maybe the seat is firmer as like it said they tend to flatten). I would say though, with the two together, you need quite a big chair for maximum comfort.As you can see by the pictures, I first had the cushions on the smaller purple desk chair, which did fit, but wasn't terribly comfortable (felt quite restricted and hard). I then swapped the chair for the larger one and the fit and feel is so much better! I think overall it all comes down to the chair you will be putting them on. I can't imagine having them in may car seat for example - I also wonder if the size of the person matters. I am 5ft7 and size 8-10 and for me the size is perfect. Hope this helps.
