I keep these on my fridge for an easy reminder. It is easy to read and move around with the magnetic backing. They were also inexpensive.

These magnets are good quality and large. They are bright in color and nicely made. They are super helpful if you're doing KETO

Values in the charts seem to be based on American Values with measurements in cups Not weight for the most part and dressings in tablespoons. Mayonaise is given nothing for protien though British mayonaise has at least one egg yolk in the recipe. and ten for fat though usually made with olive oil. There is not distinction between oils and solid fats dairy is dealt with on a separate sheet and only one English cheese is mentioned. Wouldn't you know it is Cheddar..

The chart that came is very detailed, accurate and helpful. It's nice that it also comes with chart for the Instant Pt as well. Great buy, Great value!!

I was hoping to get information on more common foods. I also was hoping for calories
