This formula is better than the non-gel. It doesn't seep into the eyes as easily. However, I really liked the spray-gel formula. It worked better and it never burned my eyes.

Good choice
Since having cataract surgery my lids get crusty causing frequent styes. This is gentle on the eyes, doesn't burn and so far is working well to keep my lids clean.
