Love the fact that I can see when my cat leaves and comes back in the house. You also have the option to lock the door. Going out of country and needed something to show me when she goes in and out and make sure the door closes both ways and only allows her chip to work. We had another door that raccoons were able to pull the door and go into the garage, this one they won’t be able to since it locks both ways. I haven’t had issues with it going offline unless the WiFi is down.

The app is unable to detect our hub, no matter how many ways we try plugging things in, resetting them, etc. and the return window has closed. Fingers crossed that we'll eventually get a response from customer support and that they might be able to help.

Bought this with the SureFlap so I can monitor my kitty cat. It works perfect. I wish it has blue tooth capability or wireless. Needs newer technology update. Its good for right now until some better product comes out.

The fact that you need this in order to connect your phone or device to your cat door is kind of stupid. Its 2024. Not to mention this device only works with a certain cat door and all together you are spending almost 300 usd. AND you have to plug it into you router. Foreign devices that plug straight into your router should be a mainstream no no.

It can control the lid close speed and let you know how many times your fur friend eats.I don't think the weight works because it says my cat ate 5g. He cannot eat that much.But it is ok for me.I just need to find how many times he eats during a day and separate his food from his sister.It is expensive but it works what I expect

I love this product.We are able to set a curfew so our cat stays in at night.With the hub we no longer have to manually give her access through the door.I have peace when we are gone knowing she can come in and out.We get notifications when she enters and exits.

The pet hub is great, I was a bit nervous it wasn't going to reach across my apartment, because it had to be connected to the router in the living room and the feeders are in my bedroom; but it reaches just fine!

Worked great for 2 weeks then no longer will connect to my wifi so I cant adjust the gate schedule. Their customer service’s only suggested fixes would require you to have a computer science degree to reprogram your internal wifi system. I dont have this issue with any of my multiple other wifi connected devices.
