Not for the faint of heart, it's hard work and takes a lot of self control on fast days, the flavours of some of the juices aren't what you'd want to keep repeating and yet you have to...no2 with the cinnamon, that's hard to finish. But that being said I lost 1.4kg in the first week of doing it. The superfoods powder that you get with it is gorgeous. Can't understand the bad reviews it's received, it's chocolate flavoured and really nice, especially if done as the instructions say with banana and blueberries. However, again, not for the faint of heart, it really clears you out, your bowels will be clear and you'll feel loads lighter. I'd recommend doing it definitely, looking forward to my total weight loss by week 4!

I feel scammed. I read this as a one week plan thinking I was getting a week worth of juice. Please READ the description closely. I got two days worth of juice and some powder for the rest. Not impressed. Previously ordered a three day cleanse for the same price and got 15 juices.

Liked almost all of the juices. Lost 3g on my 5:2 and will definitely repeat. Particularly liked the "refridgerated" boxes they came in.
