In my opinion, this drink is better than Gatorade. After exercising or working in the yard, it restores my energy much quicker than Gatorade does. Although it's a bit pricey, it's healthier than most drinks besides water. Sometimes, I need more than just water to satisfy my thirst after vigorous activity.
