My orthopedic surgeon told me THIS PILLOW is the BEST for supporting cervical spine (neck) issues! I had already started sleeping on it a month prior to having spinal fusion. Even those weeks prior to surgery I felt more rested and had more pain relief! I was surprised at how much a pillow could help! This pillow is worth the money! I use it every night!! The shape and firmness have not changed at all since I purchased this early this year! The pillow helped with my healing process following surgery as well. The great thing about the way this is built, you can use it either way—either the wide or thinner side as they are both so comfortable!! I have cleaned the pillow following manufacturer’s instructions and it smells fresh and clean after every use. Thank you for offering such a fabulous product! I will keep purchasing this pillow!

Well, first of all this pillow came in a short amount of time, which was excellent because I’ve been having neck and shoulder pain for a while. After reading up on the pillow, I decided to purchase it at an affordable price. This pillow provides excellent comfort and keeps your neck in the perfect posture. I sleep like a baby since I’ve received this. It has definitely relieved the neck pain, but my shoulder still hurts from time to time, it has a memory foam and is very soft. This pillow has two indentations on both sides of the pillow to create a shape that aligns your spine. I am Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

After using this pillow for about a month, I can now provide feedback based on real usage... I have clinical insomnia so I have a love/hate relationship with sleep and all things that surround sleep. I've used multiple pillows in the last decade+, and this is one of the better ones. About two years ago I purchased a memory foam pillow that had a simple curve to cradle one's neck. But this pillow is a a definite improvement over that one. This pillow is slightly bigger than a standard twin size pillow. Its nice to have 'coves' for the ears. I also have "eustachian tube dysfunction" where I hear popping, clicking and 'scratching' pretty much all day. I frequently have fluid in my ears at night as well, and what's nice about the ear coves, is that I feel like they provide for more air movement thus making for happier ears, and less irritation. This pillow IS NOT made if cooling gel or is any way cool in one's skin. Its just as hot as every other foam pillow. Being in menopause, I'm very sensitive to temperatures... on my worse menopause days, this pillow makes me sweat! Sorry, but its just not as advertised concerning cooling temperatures. All in all, I do recommend it. As a person with with insomnia and picky ears, I find this as the most comfortable pillow I've had in a long time. I double cover it with 100% cotton pillowcases which is the best barrier between the heat of foam and a comfortable night's sleep. If you stuggle with a good night's sleep, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I am in search for a good pillow. I've used bamboo curved, flat, high, low, etc, etc. I decided to try this one. If you sleep on your back, this actually worked for me. I have some neck pain and the pillow helped keep me in one place and at a good level from neck to shoulder. I didn't toss and turn as much. Side Sleep - it is a little too low, flat. I added a very thin pillow under and it makes for good side pillow. Without the extra lift, my neck still dips too far down. With the slight lift, the fluffy side holds up my face at the right level for comfort. The arm rest can should be a bit wider. I'm only 5'2" and I find it a bit small. Notes: I purchased the Queen, I'm glad I did, b/c the Standard is slightly smaller. The Queen fits inside a standard pillow case and still is not as snug as a regular pillow. Give it about 2 hours to completely fluff up

Love the indent for your neck and head which allows you to sleep on your back, which I’ve never been a fan of, but have recently found it comfortable with this pillow. It’s cushioned yet firm, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve always slept with my arm under my pillow but with others my arm would always go to sleep and i would wake up in the middle of my sleep uncomfortable. With this pillow I am able to do that without feeling my arm under and waking up in the middle of the night.

I’m normally a side/stomach sleeper and was constantly waking up at night and waking up with a sore neck. I bought this about three weeks ago, and could instantly feel the difference of support between my regular pillow and this one. It did take about a week to get used to the new pillow, figuring out which side was more comfortable, and figure out how I could side sleep/stomach sleep with it. In week two, I noticed a was sleeping more soundly, not waking as often, and the neck pain was nearly gone. I was also sleep on my back more. Now in week three, I’ve woken up in the mornings without any neck pain, I did wake up once during the night, but I felt like the quality of sleep was better. The pillow does fit in a standard size pillow case, but it will slip out if the pillow case is open-ended (this may also be a “me” problem as I move through out the night, so I’m not docking the rating).

This pillow has been a god send! I never felt any pillow fully supported my head from falling forward. Since using this pillow my neck it supported and I am waking up with no more neck pain. I love love love it. I hope it works for everyone else like it has for me :)

Very nice pillow. I like a good firm pillow and this hit the spot. Good comfort and support for my neck too. Think it works best if you sleep on your back.
