Perfect afternoon pick-me-up drink
This is my afternoon pick-me-up. It's unsweetened, high quality green tea. As someone that loves iced drinks, I love drinking this ice-cold. It tastes great and is only 5 calories. Not sure how much caffeine it has, but it's definitely enough to get me going through the afternoon (post-lunch until past dinner). I absolutely love that Amazon sells this for so cheap (moreso than Costco)!! Will definitely be repurchasing.

Great taste and healthy
My husband loves the quality and taste of these teas. They rate high on the Yuka app, which lets us know they are healthy.

I love this tea
We were shopping in this small store looking at all the cool little things they had. We were checking out and I was thirsty. I saw this in their drink cooler and decided to get one. This tea is delicious but the one thing I can say is, I really don't know how to describe it, but it tastes clear, like it's clean and fresh. When I drink it, I always make sure it is ice cold. It is so refreshing. You have to try this tea if you like tea.

"Live Long and Prosper" -- drink this green tea cold and Smile
This is simply the best brand of green tea. Green tea to serve cold, unsweetened is how they drink it in Japan. This has been prepared carefully to preserve the magical ingredients that green tea has, which black tea lacks. One of these magical ingredients is called ECGC. It is magical yet fragile; if the tea is brewed at too high a temperature, the ECGC is mostly lost. This green tea has most of the EGCG preserved. ECGC can inhibit macular degeneration, the leading cause of blindness in the elderly. It likely can also inhibit degeneration in the brain. So, drink one cold one of these about three times a week. It is an acquired taste at first. But remember. Once that green tea taste is acquired, three of these a week may help your vision and may help your brain. "Live Long and Prosper" :)

Healthy, tasty but a little pricy
The Ito En Oi Ocha Green Tea is a refreshing and authentic unsweetened green tea. It has a clean, smooth taste without any bitterness, perfect for a healthy drink option. The 16.9 oz bottles are convenient for on-the-go. I love that it’s natural with no added sugar. I took off one star because it’s a bit pricey compared to other options, but the quality definitely makes it worth it. Will buy again!

Quite the PUNCH! not sweet at all but I love it
I'd never had a green tea like this, it was shocking at first. The nuttyness. For a second I thought it was because maybe the tea was expired or something, but I kept drinking it and it's really grown on me, it turns out that the reason why it's so nutty is because there are stems in the roast, I looked this up. Some people may not like it, but I really love it and if it wasn't so damn expensive I'd drink more of this. This is LEGIT green tea I think, but it's not sweet at all, and it's not smooth, it packs a NUTTY punch... Like an umami flavor almost. Like this is some wabisabi level tea I feel

Different bottle, never-before-seen thick foam and terrible taste!
For years I have been buying Ito En Tea Oi Ocha Green Tea, Unsweetened, 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 12). It has always had the same taste and consistency, the same physical characteristics when shaken {this tea has NEVER before left a thick foamy residue at the top!}, the same bottle configuration, the same colors and print face for the label, everything has been exactly as advertised, tasting and seeming exactly as has each of my former orders of this green tea. This time I bought two boxes of ostensibly the same tea. Opening the first bottle this morning, I immediately noticed that the bottle was in a different shape, slimmer and longer and with a peculiar top. It smelled bad when it was opened. I took one sip, a terrible taste! I called Amazon for a refund or replacement. Their robot said no return was possible. I countered with I want my money refunded. Again, the robot says no return is possible. He then chirped "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Being one of their first Prime members, if I had to guess I'd say I've spent at least $50,000 with Amazon over the past twenty or so years. I'm sure their robot knows the amount to the penny. I am going to GROK on X and see what I can do to promulgate this problem. This is a defective product or simply {oh, the horrors} a stab at fostering a cheaper product on the public. This batch is "Made in Thailand." All the others have been "Made in Taiwan." Amazon hasn't heard the last of me considering how crucial the nature of our food happens to be. {Copy to: Amazon file}
