I'd been kind of wanting a label printer for a long time, but didn't have a really pressing need for one (just a kind of convenience), and most of the ones I looked at were quite pricey. But recently I needed to label about 10-12 small jars, and I wanted nice, matching labels (not my sloppy hand-written ones put on with Scotch tape). So I went on a new search. I still didn't want to pay too much, since I still didn't know how much use I'd get out of it after this initial project.At first I rejected any that ran through an app and Bluetooth, because I've had problems in the past with such devices, having a hard time getting them to connect. But not finding anything else that I liked, I went back to this one, and for the price decided to take a chance.I'm really glad I did. First thing I'll say is I've had absolutely zero problems getting this to connect to the app on my phone. It's, like, instant every time. (app is also, of course, easy to download from wherever you get your apps).It took me a few minutes to figure out designing my label. It wasn't difficult, maybe I was just a little slow. But within less than 10 minutes I had it figured out, so not a big deal.It prints fast, and the labels are good quality. I've only used it on glass jars so far, but the labels stuck very well. I also tested how easy they are to remove, and at least right after applying, they peel off very easily. If you're careful when you remove it, you could even re-stick it (so, good if you need to reposition).Overall I'm really, really happy with this purchase. Works great, easy to use. Highly recommend.

Update: I was able to get a hold of customer service through email and they were able to help me solve the problem within a week.Basically, just make sure you have the app open when you're trying to connect! It's connects through the app using Bluetooth, but does not connect straight to Bluetooth like a pair of headphones would. Easy fix, and now it works great every time!I love the option to be able to add borders and pictures.Original review:Time will tell! I really liked this little maker while it worked! But now it won't connect to my phone anymore. I've had it for 6 months, but have only used it on 3 occasions.I messaged their customer support to hopefully resolve the issue. I'll update soon depending on how helpful they are able to be. I've got my fingers crossed!

I bought this originally because my toddler is in daycare and we needed a label for his cups, I was writing them on a piece of tape and I wanted to “upgrade”. I am very mixed about this product. The app and Bluetooth connection make it very easy to use and I love the different fonts and stickers you can use. Problem is, the labels are very small and you really can’t fit any of the stickers on there. I didn’t really check how large they were when I ordered it so that may be my fault.However, my biggest issue with this is that while the labels stick nicely and seem to be waterproof, the ink is not. After one wash the label is still stuck to the cup, but the ink is so much more faint. I posted a picture of the cup before and one of the cups after one wash. I have to remake the label every day. I think the quality of the ink could be better. The item seems to be durable so far and has been very easy to use, which has been nice. I really want to give this 3.5 stars because some features are nice and some are not. I would just say look at the reviews before youpurchase.
