Wonderful sofa!! Good looking!! I am 76 and put it together by myself. One word of caution. When you open the vacuum packed back cushions, and the throw pillows....PUT THE COLLAPSED CUSHION IN THE COVERS......and zip them up. If they expand before you get them in the covers it is nearly impossible to squish them in later. Also, they send 6 LONG bolts......these are all used on the legs. Use the shorter ones for assembly...........Ask me how I know these 2 things???? Experience is the reason!!

Just received this today so can't comment on longevity of the product. It sure looks pretty. Light Grey is lighter than the photo (which I really like). Very soft velvet feel to the fabric. Looks "elegant". Make sure you have your own "extra" small washers on hand though, as it seems to be a problem with this item when it is shipped. It is a nice "show" sofa. Not sure yet about durability. It doesn't seem like the best quality in terms of construction materials if I am honest. But aesthetically, I was very pleased. I paid $150 plus $75 in shipping for the product. Good value for a nice looking piece. The seat cushions are on the firm side. For those of you who like soft, plush sitting cushions, this may not work for you.

When I first saw these sofas on Amazon all five colors were available and I immediately fell in love with the blue. Unfortunately, by the time I was ready to order, blue had sold out.I didn't think the blue would become available again so I began to consider the purple one. Not only was it pretty but also an unusual sofa color. Personally, I've never seen a purple sofa in anyone's living room, so I guess that made me love it even more. :-)At first I was going to order the purple and the grey, but the grey soon sold out so I considered the purple and the beige. However, soon all five colors came back in stock and I was excited to see my beloved blue sofa again!By this time I was almost as in love with the purple as the blue but I had to think about it, dare I order both for one living room? Or should I just get the blue and a contrasting light color like the grey? Grey contrasts very well with both blue and purple, so what should I do? Soooo...what the heck, I just threw caution to the wind and ordered the blue and the purple! And surprise...it actually works in my living room! I plan to get contrasting pillows and cutains to tie it together but for now it's fine!Getting down to the actual order, they both came earlier than expected within one day of each other. Blue came first and everything, including hardware was well packaged in separate plastics. My son and I put it together in about 30 minutes and it wasn't too difficult.Purple was packaged well for the most part, but the hardware was kinda thrown haphazardly in the bottom of the sofa. I've read this complaint from other reviewers. Fortunately I was able to find all the pieces. Since we had already put together the blue sofa previously, purple only took us about 15 minutes to assemble.With both sofas, I took the advise of an earlier reviewer and stuffed the pillow cases while still deflated. I'm sure that saved us some time.The quality of the sofas is fantastic for the price. The seating cushions are almost too firm but the back and throw pillows are very cushy which makes up for it. Although I've only had them for a couple of days, it seems that the seats are becoming a bit more flexible as you sit on them. I believe they will break in just fine.They look so beautiful and I've received compliments on them already! I even love the contrasting piping around the edges because that makes them different. My living room stands out because I'm the only person around who has a blue and a purple couch in one room!I'll post more pictures once I get my accessories to tie it all together...

Very good customer service! I was in a rush to assemble and missed that the hardware and parts was in the hidden compartment. Emailed the company and they got back to me straight away. Was concerned when I seen it was in a 48 inch box when it was delivered but as soon as I opened it it was easy to figure out. Had FedEx ground delivery man wondering what it was so I showed him a picture and now he is ordering one too.Only took one female about 90 minutes to assemble (30+ minutes of it was spent stuffing the pillow forms into the backrest casings & throw pillows) Firm and long enough that a 5'4" person can lay on. Bought this for my mom and she loves it, pretty purple. Can only hope that it holds up well.

Have you seen that 30 Rock episode where Jack makes couch that is so uncomfortable that the US government purchases them as torture devices? That is this couch. This couch is so terribly uncomfortable; it manages to be too firm in the bottom cushions, yet too saggy and squishy against the back. The few times I’ve accidentally fallen asleep on it, my neck has been angry for days. I dread to go home to this sad piece of fabric and foam. Pros: very stain-proof - my tears crying over the purchase of this couch have not left a mark.

Received my couch this morning. Didn't take me anymore than about 20 minutes to assemble. It's actually a little larger than what I expected. It's a little hard when sitting on but I'm thinking it will soften up the more it's sat on. It's nice and I'm 5'10 and can sprawl out without having to bend my legs after a long day. I suggest putting in the back cushions and throw pillows in the covers before taking them out of the air sealed plastic otherwise it's difficult and you will break a sweat. I learned that by doing the 1st cushion. Just put them in the covers 1st then cut the air sealed plastic and carefully pull it off. It'll be much easier that way. Also, all the bolts and washers are kinda just thrown in the Velcro compartments in the body of the sofa. Make sure you have all of them as pictured on the assembly instructions. Other than that, it's a nice couch and you get what you pay for.
