Water2Buy EASY installation kit 3/4” (22mm)

I bought this kit in order to install a water2buy softener. I snapped it up as only a couple left before my plumber came to tell me that the unit wouldn’t fit in my kitchen. Disappointed as the reviews everywhere are great for the softener. The kit was depatched very quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The hoses look great quality but unfortunately are not needed. I completed a return request and Steven called me from Water2buy within the hour. He sorted my return out there and then. I was really impressed with the personal touch from this company. Pity my kitchen is just too small for one of their units.

I think this kit should be compulsory for first time installers, as most of the times we won’t have the pipes.

Did the job well, however quite difficult to install.

Used this installation kit to install a Water2buy softener and it worked fine for me. The hoses are an appropriate length for my installation, but being 22mm are stiff to bend. The kit has been in place for 9 months now and all is working fine. I have rechecked the water softness and it is still OK.

The kit is complete and good quality. The braided hoses are close to 1 meter long, a bit longer then necessary in my situation. I used some teflon tape, but not sure that is necessary. It all was nice water tight from the start. But it's not in the way and it gives flexibility to pull the water softener out to clean around it.

The products themselves are of good quality, but I doubt that the length supplied will be appropriate for a majority of installations - they were certainly far too long for mine and are, of course, being 22mm not all that flexible. So consider the length required before buying this bundle.

If you're a newbie and plan to do it yourself, avoid this at all costs. It requires far more tools than you might think. at the end of the day, it took me £850 to finish everything, excluding the softener itself.

I bought this kit in order to install a water2buy softener by Amazon automatic matching. It worked well for us,high water flow, very strong hoses,but it need to be fitted properly. Recommend it.

Kit d’installation très complet et pratique. Les raccords s’ajustent parfaitement, aucune fuite à signaler, et le montage est rapide même sans être un grand bricoleur. Un produit fiable, conforme à la description et au bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.

Ist zur Montage des Wasserenthärters notwendig. Alle Teile waren enthalten und haben gepasst. Einer der beiden Schläuche war bei mir etwas zu kurz, der andere zu lang aber das ist von Standort zu Standort wahrscheinlich unterschiedlich. Das Testkit zum bestimmen der Wasserhärte ist "lustig". Die Similis sind ja niedlich anzuschauen und geben einen groben Überblick aber genau ist etwas anderes. Da gibt es welche wo der Härtegrad genau abzulesen ist. Zum Beispiel 4°dH.
