This works for my mini Guelain lip balm tube ( small) , oral b toothpaste ( mid ) and slim4D (big) tube !!! I never thought that I have so many tube products in my house but looking around, those who are left without used all are actually all in tube !! They are dermatologically proven products from pharmacies for my face or mouth or bodies mainly . Omg . I have left unused as I felt uncomfortable to squeeze them till the end . If desperate I cut ✂️ the tube to use all till the end but bacteria can enter inside that way in the uk . I was wondering why I have so many unused products in my drawer… fabulous. So easy to use this tool . Nothing complicated. I even have not take the rolling bar out . Just pushed my products down and squeezed them. Holds whole tube when there’s about an inch empty at base to wind around the spool. Stands upright which is very handy. Squeezes paste out cleanly with a slight turn of the key, no mess. Love it.

I have CFS/FM and struggle to use my hands due to muscle weakness, so simply trying to brush my teeth would leave me in a tearful mess at times because I couldn't get the toothpaste out. So, I decided to purchase an aid for this. I have found this product can be used for toothpaste, antiseptic creams etc and handcream and for bigger tubes like the metal ones (cold to the touch) for anti-inflammatory gels or creams (I tried it with Algesal cream) I have found that the tube end doesn't fit through the opening in the white holder, but the part that is red or whatever in colour can be removed from the product and I have used it on its own and it works fine.
