I never did like Keufig because I didn't like the way the coffee would come out. I wasn't the keurig that made bad coffee, it was the people who were making the coffee. I learned to make coffee from my Grand Mother the way she used to make it fo my siblings and me back in the 1960's. She was born in Puerto Rico under the Spanish crown so, this goes way back. The key to good coffee is the water to coffe ratio and the temperature. People today do not know that and don't care any more. But I do so, when the Keufig does it's thing, I put the coffee in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds, sometimes 2 minutes and I heat the milk too. The milk you can microwave for 30 to 45 sec or boil it on the stove. Like anything else, it requires work. But follow these steps and I am sure you will like your Keurig a lot more. Some people are just too lazy to be good to themselves but, NOT ME!!!

Great replacement for our original Keurig. The original Keurig had a great large spot for ginormous mugs when the insert was removed. The new model has the removable drip holder, but the mug holder is small. The removable water reservoir is not as easy to take off or put back, especially if the Keurig is on a pod holder. Otherwise, great quiet coffee maker.

This is our 3rd Keurig coffee maker. We purchased the first one in 2015; it lasted one year. The 2nd Keurig was purchased in 2016; it expired in 2025. For the 3rd Keurig we chose the Elite. It was easy to assemble and set up. There is just the two of us, but we are different in our choice of mug sizes and brew strength; this coffee maker makes it easy for multiple users to have different selections. For the reviewers who complained that the water reservoir is difficult to refill, it is not a problem for us. The coffee maker is set up to the left of the kitchen sink. The faucet is a Grohe pull-out, just pull it out, put the nozzle in the reservoir without removing it, turn on the water and the reservoir fills without any hassles. We love this coffee maker. The brewed coffee is exceptional.

This is my 3rd Keurig. I love my new Keurig K-Elite Single Serve coffee maker. I love all the features that it has, you can make coffee in different sizes, 12oz for extra caffeine & also use it for tea with only the hot water feature or make ice coffee with it too.I purchased Brushed Slate.

MY husband's biggest complaint was that the keurig coffee maker did not make a hot enough cup of coffee. This pot can be programmed to heat the water to 192 degrees You can also shorten the shut off time after the last cup is made. It was easy to set up and a water filter was included Several different cup sizes from expresso to large carrry out cup are available as well as options for a strong brew,hot water and iced coffee The large water tank makes it a little harder to fill and replace back on the machine and it takes up a little more counter space than my previous coffee makerto make the water 192 degrees You can also program it to shut off at shorter intervals after the last cup. This is an awesome product. You can program it on and off. You can set the water temp. Love the larger water tank. Have it for about a month now and we drink a lot of coffee. Still havent figured out the difference between the hot water button and just hitting the size cup you want without a pod inserted but not really a big deal. Got the silver color and it looks great. This is not really noisy. You can hear it when it goes on and starts to warm the water if there is no other sound in the house. But that is really the only time you hear it. That is def not a deal breaker. Was considering other companies to buy from but went with the proven and do not regret it at all. This is a really super machine. I would highly recommend this item.

It is this Keurig machine that made me think the other machines I used to own in the past (K-cups as well) were all nonsense. i.e., The "strong" option actually slows the brewing and make coffee with a bolder taste. Other machines with "Bold" or "strong" button just don't simply show that noticeable change.

I hope we finally have the right Keurig. We have had 2 others, a K Supreme and a K Supreme plus, and in my opinion they have a poor heating design that will trip the thermostat and then it has to be disassembled to repair. This unit is large but works effectively without the quick heating element. This can be circumvented by programming the unit to power on prior to wake up time. Brew the coffee in less than a minute. Only downside is the tank is hard to to hold when full of water.
