Best pre-workout for me! Just enough niacin flush, to get ya warmed up, but not make you jittery. It gives a decent amount of energy to power through workouts (I recommend 2 scoops).... seems to be needed right away. All in all, great product. The flavor is so good too! Not your typical fruit punch, but more of natural tasting fruit. Not that Hawaiian punch, fake flavor.

Solid pre for the price. 2 scoops for whats advertised on the front of the label. I only take it 2-3 times a week tops and try to only 1-1.5 scoop it so the tub lasts a bit longer. Beats spending $40-$60 on a tub with the same jazz in it ya feel?Fruit punch tastes almost like kool aid, i enjoy the taste which is pretty rare for pre workouts in my opinion.Mixes easily in a shaker.Just can’t beat the price.

Good caffeine content, Gets you pumped, makes you sweat . the flavor is not my favorite though

I bought this a couple times now. It's not a super intense pre workout, but it works well. Extremely affordable. Great bang for your buck.

I bought this product from a local pharmacy and it worked well. It helped me to get through a workout routine with energy to spare and it tasted great. So I went ahead and purchased two containers from here and I don't know what happened. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but it was rancid and bitter. It hadn't gone off because the expiration date wasn't until 2026. I was extremely disappointed because I bought it from here trying to save, being as how the retailers where I'm at are pirates, but I wound up with really rancid and bitter pre-workout supplements.
