The perfect Nude-mauve color for olive toned skin!
It’s creamy and deep mauve color while still more on the nude side. Picture one is the lip liner alone. The second picture is the lipliner paired with the Wet N Wild “Bare It All” shade. They go perfect together and both sooo reasonably priced. I didn’t use a filter so you can get the most accurate look of the colors so don’t judge my selfies. They were purely for this review lol

Best nude shade!
The only shade i found that didn't have artificial colors in it just good ol' iron oxides and it's the best nude shade ever! As a girlie with adhd i have to avoid artificial dyes at all costs because it def makes your brain a bit weird so i avoid it. Finding products without this at a cheap price point can be tricky so I'm very glad i found this!

Feels Like Lipstick in a Pencil—for $2?!
I recently picked up the e.l.f. Cream Glide Lip Liner in “Truth or Bare”, and it’s honestly way better than I expected for the price. The formula is super smooth and glides on like a dream—no tugging or dragging. It’s really pigmented, and the semi-matte finish gives it a polished look without feeling dry. I’ve been using it to shape and fill in my lips, and it works perfectly both on its own and under lipstick or gloss. The shade “Truth or Bare” is a great peachy-nude that looks natural but still adds definition. It wears surprisingly well, though I do touch it up after meals. It’s also easy to sharpen and doesn’t crumble like some cheaper pencils. The fact that it’s vegan and cruelty-free is a huge bonus. For just a couple of bucks, this lip liner seriously punches above its weight—I already bought a backup!

PERFECT COOL TONE BROWN!!
Rejoice, cool toned friends! This lip liner is the perfect cool brown. The price is amazing and for that reason, I have purchased like 8 so I never run out.The liner goes on smooth and is comfortable to wear as well. It's not sticky, just creamy. It creates a perfect line even if it needs to be sharpened. AMAZING QUALITY FOR THE PRICE!My only gripe is that it starts getting a bit patchy when I go to blot/blend out the bluntness of the line with my finger. I end up having to reapply more and blend again, sometimes 3 or 4 times. It's annoying but I haven't tried using a brush which may be exactly what I need to do.Either way, this is a fantastic lip liner and I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing lip liner!!!
Oh. My. God. This is literally one of the best lip liners to ever touch the Earth! You get such good pigment out of it and it provides a beautiful blur to your lip line. If you get a shade according to your lip color, it immediately plumps your lips visually and they are decently long lasting!

Great product!
This is by far one of the best lip liners I have ever used! No tugging or pulling. I chose to use lip liners versus lip sticks as I feel like they have more precise coverage. This lip liner exceeded expectations in lasting coverage which was an unexpected bonus! Try it! You won't be disappointed! AND the price point is spot on!! What more could you ask for??

Great quality for the price
I was honestly surprised at how good the e.l.f. lip liner is, especially given how affordable it is. I’ve tried a lot of high-end brands, but this one holds its own. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t tug at the lips, and the color payoff is excellent. It’s a perfect everyday neutral that pairs well with a lot of my lipsticks. What I love most is how long it lasts. I use it to slightly overline my lips and even wear it on its own with a little balm — it stays put for hours without drying me out. The pencil sharpens easily and doesn’t crumble, which is another big plus.If you’re looking for a budget-friendly lip liner that performs like a premium product, this is it. Definitely repurchasing in more shades!

Pinky Swear is too pink/orange, not at all a dupe for Pillow Talk. Smooth, though!
This is very nice lip liner and goes on smoothly, but it's a bit too pink to look natural, esp if you're looking for a Pillow Talk dupe. I don't usually wear beige-brown tones, but this needs a LITTLE more of that. SEE PIC; left side is Tillsbury Pillow Talk in medium, right is Elf Pinky Swear. Notice how much pinker and more orange the Elf cream liner is. On the lips, it ends up looking odd and not particularly natural, even though it's not technically too dark or light.I'd considered the Truth or Bare shade, too, but the swatches I found made it look even more orangey than Pinky Swear! Maybe baddest beige is the way to go?? It looks too dark to me in the swatches, but I'll update if I buy it and it does end up working out.(Note, I have light complexion but enough ruddiness and sun exposure to not be SUPER fair. Naturally pinkish lips, but less so as I age.)If you do stick with Pinky Swear, it does pair really well with sephora lip stain in forever rose. The whole effect together is a bit too light for me (ie, slightly lighter than my natural lip tone unless I'm cold or not wearing basic lip balm), but it'd probably be great on most fairer people. On its own, though, without a filler color, the pinky lip liner just stands out too much (unlike pillow talk) and looks fake. :/
