Received defective product. Looked nice when taken out of the box but when first started buttons kept flashing and never went steady, supposed to get a steady light when ready and the body felt hotter than normal.

The machine is well built by a facility in NJ. I first had some beginner issues but after reading carefully the instructions, both Nespresso and ground pods work seamlessly. I purchased the 4 year plan and hopefully wont have to use it.I am not sure why amazon is giving a 3 star overall when most reviews are 5 stars. Are competitors paying amazon?

No matter how much I primed the machine by running hot water through before pulling a shot I could never get a hot, strong expresso. I do not recommend this machine.

Machine works well. The espresso pod capsule holder broke after one use. If using for espresso or ese pods it works well.

The machine is very easy to use, reliable, and the coffee is delicious, we have four espresso machines including a commercial one, and this little device beats everyone of those, in fact we will replace the equipmentwe have at the beach house for another machine of this model. We are super happy with this purchase.

With this machine, you can prepare a delicious cup with your favorite ground coffee, E.S.E. espresso pods or Nespresso® compatible capsules. This machine is truly incredible. We love the fact that the first rich, drops of espresso coffee come out after 25 seconds...now that's quick. Very cool brushed stainless-steel finish with cobalt blue buttons plus a working, easy-to-read pressure gauge.

Easy to use and i can use my Nespresso capsules. Works and looks great!
