Work as intended. Easy to setup with MORS zigbee gateway. Quality is not 100%, but for the price is ok.

I bought over twenty switches of various gangs in order to replace all my existing switches. Installation was relatively easy and painless. The feel of the switches is solid enough and definitely better looking than the ones used by the builder of my brand-new villa! The connectivity is good and reliable but I did put in a separate hub for upstairs and downstairs. Bear in mind that no ground wire is needed nor provided on the switch. Overall I'm happy with the look, quality and especially value. Three weeks after installation I've had one switch fail so far. After the seller saw my review, they contacted me directly and had a replacement shipped free of charge. Now THAT'S standing behind your product!

I bought this MOES ZigBee smart switch hoping it would be easy to connect and use, but it was a big disappointment. The device does not pair with any smart app, even after trying multiple times with different platforms. I tested: Smart Life / Tuya Home Assistant ZigBee hubs (Tuya, Sonoff, and others) The switch keeps blinking but never gets detected. I followed all instructions, reset the device, and tried adding it from multiple phones—still nothing.

The switch was installed 2 days ago. Pros: Easy to connect. Works perfectly. Functions with or without a neutral line (I installed it without one). No capacitor is required. Compatible with any Zigbee 3.0 hub. Cons: Design issue: When the module is securely fixed on the wall with screws, it's difficult to fit the top cover due to the lack of gap between the lower clip of the module and the wall surface. As a result, I had to keep the screws a bit loose. Suggestion: The clipping mechanism of the switch cover on the module needs modification.

Great product. Easy to install and works perfectly. I used it for my home lights, Kitchen Fan and Hood and works pretty well . But you will need to buy a Zegibee Gateway or modem to have the switches work as i got them easily installed on the Smart Life app and works Perfectly

This is a smart switch with a Zigbee 3.0 connection. It does not require a neutral wire and the good thing is, as Zigbee is much less power hungry compered to Wifi, it even does not need a capacitor on the lamp side. Your load shall be at least 6w though for this to work. Otherwise, paired well with my Zigbee gateway and then I also tried with a Zigbee dongle, both worked fine. Doesn't need to be same brand, as long as both are Zigbee 3.0. Price seems to be also right, though if this was 20% or so cheaper, I could buy many more.

Works perfectly with Zigbee2mqtt and my home assistant server (combined with Sonoff Coordinator). Sadly it is only an endpoint device (does not function as a zigbee repeater/router) so adding these over the more expense Aqara switches won't strengthen your Zigbee mesh network. It still feels a little cheap in terms of tactile feedback of the switches but it still works fine. I managed to even program the third switch (that I didn't wire to anything) to work as a two way switch in Home Assistant through some automation functions. On a final note, I just wish these switches were a little bit cheaper OR functioned at repeaters for the same price.
