As described
Laptop was easy to set up the only thing there was no was no charger with it so had to use my old one but not a problem. Its easy to use.

Had problems removing safty, Amazon were helpful.
Very nice laptop, I was pleased with it. I had help from Which IT support to transfere data then a problem was found. The security settings could not be removed, I was advised to contact Amazon. Amazon agreed a discount so that I could have the laptop repaired. The laptop will be ready next Wednesday, I look forward to using it. Amazon customer service was very helpful and understanding. It appears that I didn't complete the survey about the excellent customer service I received from Amazon. The service from Deepika was exceptional, she was very understanding. I'm having to use my old computer until next Wednesday.

Seems to be reliable.
A fan of HP laptops (this will be the third I have owned) this seems to do all I need it to and is certainly faster at processing than my 8 year old previous model from the Pavilion range. I tend to use my laptop for work (lesson planning), reading, sending emails, surfing the web, and watching TV programmes and films. This model can certainly cope with all of that. My only disappointment is that the keyboard keys are not back lit which would have been a really useful addition to the model and the reason I give it a four rather than five star review.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this laptop. As another reviewer commented the screen has very limited angle of view without washing out, contrast is poor. Keyboard feels cheap. Battery life isn't great and now after 16 months the power input port has failed (was always a bit flimsy). It's put me off buying HP again, all round the quality was very disappointing.

Worth the money
Needed to replace my old HP laptop. Didn’t need one for much more than internet searching and for using Microsoft office. Wasn’t sure about switching to Windows 11 but it’s been fine. This model is lightweight compared to my old one but has the same keyboard layout. Very happy with my purchase.
