Kent and Stowe 70100216 Carbon Steel Border Fork

I bought this ages ago based on the reviews it recieved, but only did some light diging with it shortly after it arrived then I moved into a new house where the back garden slopes down towards the back fence unfortunately this turns into a paddy field fullnif builders rubble so I initially dug it overwith a spade and planted a few potatoes to loosen up the ground in an effort to let the water drain away. Left it till the potatoes needed lifting and redug the whole area againwithbthe forkwhere l discovered there were still loads of stones and bricks left. I did try to take it easy on the fork incase I broke if any of the tines but there were a fewvery lage stone where I had applied more presure use than I would have liked but the fork stood up to these very well, as the fork is narrow it was just the job for make light work of loostening up the soil. I am not no big fan of digging in the garden but l am looking forward to digging out and preparing more planting beds with this fork very pleased with this fork indeed. I Can highly recommend this product.

This is a strong well made fork. There's only one problem that I found using this and that is when I try and put my foot on it to push it into the soil, my foot slips off as the fork part is not wide enough to get a foot on properly which is why I gave 4 stars

This is a great quality fork and has coped well so far with some pretty heavy duty work digging out tree roots. It feels really good quality and I'm sure it'll last years. This would probably be ideal as a man's lightweight fork.I bought a border fork thinking it'd be a better size for a short woman, but it's still bigger than my old fork (that broke), so I'll be getting another lighter one for less strenuous jobs.

Very pleased with this fork. I have clay soil and it's not flinched! No bent tines. Really pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Hubby more than pleased with this fork, good quality, a good length, very lightweight and very good value. He would recommend it.

Used this fork last week to dig over the vegetable patch, it was nice to handle, not too heavy, seemed sturdy.
