I was unable to get the software to work. Seller was very responsive. Entire transaction was great.

The PhotoStick DID NOT WORK FOR ME
The photostick would not work on my Ipad or Iphone. I tried numerous times on both devices and just wouldn't load. The instructions are simple to follow, I am pretty tech savy but the software just would not load onto my Ipad or phone. I contacted Amazon who returned the item with a full refund and I didn't have to return it! Into the garbage! Thank goodness I got a refund as it wasn't cheap $144!!! Debbie was a great representative of Amazon. Thanks

This product did not work so I had to return it
I tried to download my stored photographs from my Apple I phone onto this device but it did not work - I have had to return it to Amazon U.S.A. by post to now wait for my refund !

I was surprised at the large storage capacity
It came with easy instructions and was easy to use. It came on time. It took less than 10 minutes to download over 1000 photos. I can finally take my photos off my phone and increase my phone storage capacity.
