Ordered to replace a tower that was coming to the end of its useful life and the need to upgrade to Windows 11. I've not considered using a mini-PC before now and, I've always used Intel so making the switch to a mini PC AND to AMD was a leap of faith. Overall, the device has been stable, it was very easy to set up and helpfully provided guidance to recommend NOT to connect to a LAN until started up to avoid delays to getting started by system upgrades.The device is quiet, unobtrusive and has sufficient ports to connect to the usual devices. I purchased it with SOULION R30 Computer Speakers which compliments it nicely. WiFi is stable, and easy to connect. The 32GB memory increases the speed considerably over my previous 16GB.The LED lights are ok - the software provided by the website does not appear to work so I cannot change the lighting pattern but, to be honest, I am not at all bothered by it.The three modes, I have not really had a need to use, I only play casual games and not ultramodern ones at that so I doubt the Performance Mode will be used. The Auto Mode has been sufficient so far for my web/Office usage.All in all, I am glad I took the leap and bought this. If you are in need of a stable, fast, and (so far) reliable computer I would recommend this.UPDATE I contacted the seller about the RGB software and they responded very quickly withe solution. Could not be happier with their response.

Had this a couple of months now..it’s great.Quick to setup..super quick to boot. Looks great really small & neat.Like the 3 settings for control. Really quiet.Fantastic value for money.Yay 🥳

The media could not be loaded. Amazing little pc , replaced my old laptop with it and I can't believe the speed , I am playing the borderlands games at the moment on steam and it is managing just fine , I am running steam and OBS to stream borderlands and it is handling it with ease.I seen the videos of this company selling their PCS with malware etc , I did numerous searches and scans before going online , and after going online and can honestly say it found nothing at all .So it seems this problem has been resolved.I can highly recommend this little gaming pc.

It’s been almost two months now, and the pc working fine. Got this for my son to play Roblox games on it and it been on for about 12h/day, every day since we purchased it. (Don’t mind the fan behind it, we put it just as a precaution, because of the long hours of being on). Gave it 4 stars because of some screen tearing that we couldn’t figure it out were it coming from. Need to mention that he didn’t play any others games on it, it’s been only running roblox. Overall we happy with this mini pc and would buy it again without any hesitation.

Initially, this PC was fantastic; it ran flawlessly and booted up incredibly quickly. Everything was going well, I'm truly impressed with the performance and value for the money.

I bought the 32GB Ryzen 7 5800U 500GB from Positive Belief Innovations Ltd via Amazon who where very prompt, helpful & honest answering my many pre-purchase queries. I wanted a relatively powerful and small PC and if I can upgrade should I wish in the future, they candidly told me yes or no and if no, then maybe a different machine.The PC is quite small, about the size of a palm sized camcoder. It has the magnetic flap which is easily removable for easy slotting of additional/higher spec RAM and also 2x SSD slots. If you want to add or expand hardware via these slots, then it is very accessible.The PC ran Windows 11 which was not so clear in the description on Amazon but setup was straightforward. After a couple of days as all the cumulative windows updates caught up, I had an issue with an update being stuck at a certain update percentage (note this is not a hardware issue but most likely Microsoft). The PC had a QR code sticker on it for help which linked to a Whatsapp chat to Acemagic. I wrote for help which they did and was resolved by powering off several times (which is what Microsoft suggested also on their websites).The PC so far in use is fast, quiet and apart from the software update hiccup (Microsoft issue), it is running very smoothly in the few weeks we have had it. The flashing LED lights can be switched off via a download from the manufacturer's website. I also been in contact via the Whatsapp help on technical queries on how to add hardware and what is compatible and they have also prompted answers very promptly as well as links.I do write reviews on some of my bigger purchases as I have found these very helpful myself eg. for this PC. The Acemagic help team naturally would like real reviews of their products and so have extended my warranty to 3 years which is nice if I write a review, no stipulation on the review itself I add.So far 5* for the machine & the service support.
