Easy to use and works great
Works great on sinus for heating and soothing, light weight, non-confining, with different settings

Doesn’t get hot enough to be of help
While I like the premise of the product as I suffer from sinus headaches and migraines on a frequent basis. If it got hot and stayed hot for a bit then it might be worth the money. Also, it hurt my ears wearing it because for it to work, you need to wrap it around the ears and after a bit they start to hurt. It wasn’t my favorite product.

Should have bought this sooner
Wish I bought this sooner. It's works so great for sinus pressure relief. The light on the control pad is BRIGHT. I wrap a sock around it or tuck it under my pillow.

Defective product
Only the right side heated up. There were ZERO heating elements on the left side

Only turned on if plugged in and didn't heat up
it would only work if i kept it plugged in and you could barley feel heat
