The camera is great, but I bought this one as it said in the description that it had "3M" tape which I understood to be 3 metres of wire. The usb wire is a 1.5metre and a half, so doesn't reach from the top of a high cupboard to a low-down English plug socket. I had to buy a separate wire.I also bought micro sd cards separately. After two weeks the camera stops recording. We re-formatted the card but it wouldn't work. Then the app started saying we had to pay 2 pounds a month for cloud storage.I have written the company (their support answer very fast) and they said that if I didn't cancel the 14 day free trial susbscription to the cloud I will be charged. As it is important to have the camera recording, we have paid. I am very unhappy that the micro sd cards do not work although they have been formated to FAT32 as instructed. The cloud seems to take over.You can turn the little white light off which draws attention to the camera, but in a dark English house, the red circle of lights turn on around the lense, changing to night vision, so it can never be a "secret" camera. Just thought it was worth mentioning.The app is easy to use, the live image is great, very clear, full colour in the day, black and white at night, the camera is the size of the palm of your hand and has a base that can turn all the way around on a ball socket. The camera can also be put upside down and the image flipped. Quite cool!Generally I would recommend, but just be careful to cancel the 14 day cloud subscription that you are not told about.

I read all the reviews about the camera and most were excellent. However what I want and I suspect most purchasers want is the ability to remotely view images that are captured.This is surely the whole purpose of remote security cameras. RightI contacted the manufacturer no fewer than 5 times to ask the price of cloud storage. Honestly not fussed what the amount was likely to be, just wanted basic information to make an informed decision.No one, and I really mean that will give you any idea of what the monthly / aannual costs of the service may be. Just think about that. No one either knows the costs or they deliberately don't want to tell the customer. Is that a company you want to do business with??The ONLY option they gave me, and you will struggle to grasp this in 2025 is this.I have to buy the camera, buy a power supply, download an app, configure the camera for my WiFi and only after all of the above is done can you connect to their website to find out what the cloud storage charges might be.In what world is this reasonable?If this is how hard it is to just find out a simple price of cloud storage can you imagine how painful support might be should you ever have a problem???I bought 2 static indoor and two PTZ external cameras. I will be returning them without opening as I am not prepared to install everything and THEN find out the annual running costs.Do NOT buy these things if you are considering using cloud storage
