This was my second attempt at buying a seal strip. The first one, a different Amazon product, was too soft and flexible to stay in place. This one is stiffer and much better for the job. That said, I don't have much faith that the tape will hold so I'm going to use a bead of black RTV silicone sealant where the tape is.

This product is fine. Need a better adhesive though. Easy install.fit most cars.

I prepared the glass, removing all oils or possible contamination using soap and finally alcohol and water in the end and dry so it was spotless free of anything that might prevent perfect adhesion. But this adhesive on the strip is pure junk. CAPITAL J U N K. JUNK.

Fits well solved issue

Honestly surprised how good this seal strip turned out. For the price, it’s a solid deal and feels like it’ll last. Fit was spot on. Lined up perfectly along the windshield and didn’t need any weird adjustments. Installation was super easy. Just cleaned the area, peeled the backing, and stuck it on. Took maybe 10–15 minutes total. Application was smooth. It didn’t bubble or shift around, and it stuck well right away. The seal is tight. No wind noise, no water getting in, even in heavy rain. Definitely does the job. Quality feels solid. The rubber isn’t flimsy or brittle, and it held up fine through hot days already. Would definitely buy again if I need another one.

Its got a weird extra lip. adhesive works good. it looks better then a messed up cracking one so....
