Wonderful product...Looking forward to using it daily .. and feeling better.

Bands are very bandy. They seem fine so far, but we haven't done much with them.The book however is a bit deceptive. All the pictures and angles show it it as thin, paperback sized book. Its not. Its just a flimsy little booklet, with a few smaller print excerises. Having a biok that is easy enough to hold, read or look at during the excercises was part of why I chose this set, so I'm a bit miffed.

Excellent! Everything but the actual physical therapist 🤗 Instructions are not complex and item quality is great. Formatted very well/understandable. Wasn’t sure what I would get for the money but I am impressed. Would make a great gift for a senior in your life.

This is what l was searching for,unable to drive to the Gym due to vision loss, I needed something simple to use at home to help me to continue to improve my strength at home , this item is easy to use and to incorporate with my exercise program! I love it!

Great for seniors

Item is beautifully packaged. The manual included is simple and exercises are well explained. The bands are good quality. Impressive!

Like the product. But I did not receive an email with the links to see all the video exercises that was promised after purchase of the product, which is why I basically ordered this product, for the added help in doing the exercises. I do better with visual rather than pictures, which some times are confusing.

I'm really happy with my purchase- i got these bands for my elderly mum and she actually use them 🙂 We tried several dvds with exercises, but it's difficult to do them regularly- with these, she had a look on the video exercises sent by the seller on the email and now she's doing the exercises using the printed guide- much easier! And the handles proved to be really helpful- she has rheumatoid arthritis so it's harder for her to grab stuff. I'll get more sets for my aunts, they could also use some exercises!
