Excellent Product and works great so far!
This Q-See product was bought as a replacement for my previous unit. This one is great and works perfectly.

I've had nothing but issues
If you want to view your cameras they work EXCELLENT!If you want to record activity when you aren't home or at night, these are the WORST!I've had nothing but issues for months. I've called support every month for 5 months. Unfortunately, these are a waste of money and time.

i just use this dvr 10 months and broken. what can i do?

Not compatible with Cameras
I bought this model and spoke with Q-See support for almost 8 hours before I gave up, because they couldn't figure out why their product wasn't working. A year later I decided to try again and this time they sent me a new NVR, this one continued to have issues so I reached out to them again 3 months later and they said their Q-See camera's that I bought from them weren't compatible. Not only would they not give me a refund they wouldn't let me exchange it for an NVR that worked!
