First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online.But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later.Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not.Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours.Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies.TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around.Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use.This is a DEF recommend

I got this specifically for the Tens feature after experiencing one at physical therapy. They're not sure if I have chronic nerve pain or pelvic congestion, but whatever it is the Tens unit helps reduce it from stabbing pain to a dull ache for about 18 hours (I have read this varies per person and pain type).Pros- This unit comes with several contact pads (compared to others I've seen)- Is charged by USB C cable (this was important to me)- Is small and lightweight- Clear screen with a good backlight- You can lock the device while using to avoid accidental button presses- Comes with a convenient hard-shell carry case that contains the unit, charging cables, lead cables, and padsCons- Can't use while charging (contrary to another reviewer. The user manual says so, and I wasn't able to get it to function while plugged in)- The intensity increase between each setting is significant. I can barely feel 1, 2 is almost strong enough, but 3 is way too much for me. Going from 2 to 3 feels like what I would imagine going from 2 to 6 would feel like if this unit had the gradual increase one would expect.The pros of the unit outweigh any cons for me, so I plan to keep it. Speaking for myself and my situation, I like that this seems to be a solid alternative to having to alternate ibuprofen and Advil all day.

nice little unit with several different modes and settings. Seems to work well, pads stick and hold multiple times. Nice case to hold everything and seems to hold up to use. Time will tell for the longevity. Good value for the cost.

Great battery life. Lots of very cool modes. Works very well for tight muscles and pain.

Using this after rotator cuff surgery and manipulation under anesthesia. Works great for easing pain. Easy to use, it took less than 5 minutes to get going the first time. 36 different settings to choose from to fit most needs.

I have had a few of these machines. This one is definitely the best I ever owned. Small in size, holds a charge for a long time, the pads are very sticky and work well. This machine does it all and very well. Also comes with a nice carrying case that holds all accessories and the machine.

Love it. It works, is compact and holds charge good amount of time.
