Boundaries Workbook: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life Paperback – February 27, 2018

We are reading this in our Ladies Church group and it is amazing! It is helping me see boundaries in a new light! So grateful for this workbook and the book!

This is an excellent book and workbook! It is a great teacher of how to set personal boundaries which are important in all areas of your life. Highly recommend!

I used the workbook as I read the book and found it a vastly enriching experience. Reading each section of the book then journaling through the questions in the workbook helped me to really dig in and process what I read, and see how to apply it to my life. I’m glad I bought and used it along with the book!

Everybody needs to read this book. It will change your life for the better.

This is an important book for those who are Christians but have questions or concerns about how to handle those parts of your life that may be confusing. I would suggest this to any new Christian. HOWEVER, I ONLY suggest this book if you will read this with someone else or a bible study group. It takes the reader on a heavy handed walk at looking at one’s self, therefore it is necessary for the safety of your heart to do this with some else.

My friends and I are all using these books to work on separately but to use to converse with each other and think through how we go through life. Great tool!
