Great stuff for vinyl cut mat/board!!
Used for a makeshift vinyl cutting mat for my CNC. Since I knew nothing about cut vinyl, I read about this stuff. but I instead surfaced some MDF, then used Polyurethane to seal, then tried this stuff. I had read people thinned it, and it does still work, at 50/50, but was barely sticky. So went full strength. Squirted it on and used a vinyl glove to spread. Spreads out nice and smooth, and I tried to spread somewhat thin. Once dry, and it worked perfectly. Nice and tacky. Held vinyl down great, but I still used painters tape around edges to be safe. Will definitely buy more when I need it.

Versatile and Reliable for Classroom Projects
As a teacher, finding reliable adhesive solutions is crucial for creating interactive and educational materials. Aleene's 29-2 Tack-It Over & Over Liquid Glue, in a 4oz clear bottle, has proven to be a versatile tool in my classroom.I primarily used this glue to affix laminated pieces to my classroom walls and a large dry erase board. On the walls, the glue worked exceptionally well, providing a strong hold that allowed me to rearrange and reposition items as needed without damaging the surfaces. This flexibility was ideal for displaying educational posters and interactive learning tools. On the dry erase board, the results were slightly less consistent. While the glue did adhere to the laminated poster, it required a bit more effort to ensure the pieces stayed securely in place, especially when subjected to frequent handling. Despite this, with careful application and allowing adequate drying time, it still served its purpose adequately. One of the standout uses for this glue in my classroom has been creating child-friendly folder games. It allows students to easily add and remove pieces without damaging the laminated folders, making learning interactive and engaging. In terms of value, Aleene's Tack-It Over & Over provides a great return on investment. A little goes a long way, and the reliability for most applications makes it a staple in my classroom toolkit. If you're a teacher or anyone needing a versatile adhesive for educational or creative projects, I would recommend giving this product a try. Aleene's Tack-It Over & Over Liquid Glue has proven to be a valuable asset in my classroom, offering versatility, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for a variety of educational projects.

Great for resticking Cricut mat
Worked great to restick my Cricut mat. I am giving this a 4 star because even after leaving it to drive for a few days some of it peeled off when I removed the masking tape. I was able to reapply and get it perfect but it also shouldn’t have been able to easily peel off as it did

I would recommend this glue to fellow crafters
I recently used Aleene's 29-2 Tack-it Over & Over Liquid Glue 4oz Clear for my custom tumbler projects, and I must say it’s a highly effective product. The glue adheres exceptionally well, making it perfect for my crafting needs. It provides a strong bond that ensures the glitter stays in place, resulting in a beautiful and durable finish. However, I did encounter one aspect that I found less convenient. After applying the glue, there's a waiting period of approximately 30 to 45 minutes before it's optimal to spread the glitter. While it's possible to apply the glitter immediately, doing so often leads to more sanding during the final stages of the project. This additional sanding can be time-consuming and somewhat cumbersome.Despite this minor inconvenience, I find Aleene's Tack-it Over & Over to be a great product overall. The waiting time is a small trade-off for the quality and reliability it offers. If you can incorporate this waiting period into your crafting schedule, you'll be pleased with the results. In conclusion, I would recommend this glue to fellow crafters, especially those who value strong adhesion and a professional finish. Just be prepared to accommodate the drying time for the best outcome.

Great for re-sticky-ing my Cricut mat!
I send a LOT of greeting cards, and I finally decided to get a Cricut Joy Xtra and start making my own. But because I make so many, I was going through card mats like crazy and needed to find a way to make my card mats last longer. Many Cricut users recommended Aleene's 29-2 Tack-It Over & Over Liquid Glue to make mats sticky again, and after seeing it mentioned just about everywhere, I decided to give it a try. And I'm thrilled to say it works! Different crafters recommended different ways of using this glue to "re-sticky" Cricut mats, but I decided to go with the diluted glue method, since I use the blue "light grip" mats:1. First, clean your mat with soap and water, and make sure you get off any little fizzies or paper remnants. You can also use GooGone on it and/or a razor scraper if needed.2. Mix 1 part water and 1 part glue in a small cup. I used a plastic condiment cup and stirred it up well with a coffee stir stick. Since I was doing a Cricut Joy Xtra card mat (small surface area), I used only 1 tsp water & 1 tsp glue.3. Use blue painter's tape around the edges of the mat. Cover the areas that shouldn't be sticky.4. Using a foam paintbrush (I got a pack at the dollar store), brush an even layer of the glue mix on the should-be-sticky part of the mat.5. Set aside and let dry. Then repeat with one more coat of the glue mix and let dry again. This made my card mat just as sticky as it was when I first got it. If you're doing a green (standard grip), I would reduce the water or even skip mixing the glue with water and use something like a plastic scraper or card to evenly spread the glue.
