Sizing seem pretty true. It fit my child perfectly. It was snug and comfortable which helped them feel secure. It was also really easy to adjust to fit perfectly. I would recommend this sling!

Works so much better than the simple mesh slings you get at the er or pharmacies. It actually keeps my child’s arm stabile and immobile, which is hard for a young energetic child to do on their own. Just make sure to measure their forearm to get the right size. Would def buy again!

This is a great product for an affordable price. My youngest broke her arm and her arm always kept kept slipping out of the sling the hospital gave her. She had to constantly fix it. With this one it stayed in place and didn't slip out due to the Velcro straps it has. And it distributed the weight evenly, compared to the one from the hospital where she would always complain about her shoulder/neck

My son is 7 and I got the XS. Still room in it for bigger kids. He broke his collarbone the flimsy one from the hospital was terrible. This one is so supportive and comfortable it’s great how it goes around the back it doesn’t cut into his neck. Keeps the arm from flopping around. Lots of adjustments in it to make it fit. Worth it.

Used for almost 4 year old granddaughter with broken collarbone. It was okay during the day with supervision, but did not immobilize her enough at night. It did seem to be comfortable enough as she did not complain with it.
