I have 2 Activa masks I am trying to keep operational for as long as possible. I ordered a couple of ResMed manufactured cushion/clips (medium) on Ebay and this one on Amazon and I can't tell if it's actually made by ResMed or not but it looks exactly like the other two I ordered so I'm assuming it should be fine. Both parts there, package intact, says "standard" on the outside. It was a bit on the pricy side but medical supplies generally are.

I wish I could get a new headgear as well
I’ve been wearing this mask for over 12 years. Trying to find new cushions AND headgear is Luke pulling teeth from a unicorn. First, you have to find the unicorn! Since you’re able to send the cushions, please tell me where I can order the rest of the kit!!!

OEM part fits perfectly, at a very good price, and it arrived early!
It is the absolutely right part, fit perfectly, a very good price, and it arrived earlier than expected! It is nice to know that during these crazy times that I can purchase a part for my CPAP thru Amazon and its partners. I contacted several medical supply companies in a 50 mile radius of my home. Before they would sell me such a simple part for cash, they wanted me to chase down a Dr. prescription from 10 years ago and a different state before they would allow me purchase this part.

Good mask product description maybe wrong
4 stars because they shipped the Activia LT medium instead of one listed while it works fine for me and fits my mask. The actual fit around my nose is slightly smaller then the other unit.

Wrong product shipped 3 times
I've ordered this 3 times from 2 different sellers... And each time they shipped the wrong item.This item listed is "ResMed Mirage Activa" - Standard size. That's what I wanted.What they shipped each time is the "ResMed Mirage Activa LT" - medium size... Wrong one.Both cushions look nearly identical, but they are not.While the Activa LT does fit my mask, it is not a great fit for my face.It leaks all over the place. I can't get any sleep with that cushion.Plus you can't return opened items. Makes sense, but check the product name on the wrapper carefully before you open it.I will not be ordering this from Amazon or its sellers any more.

QUIET AGAIN!
Need to change these every 6 months or so and this is a good replacement.

seals off without leakage without having to strap it down so tight
perfect fit and no leaks
