Smartseal Climashield Masonry Cream - 3 Litres

3lts was just enough to cover the back wall of my garage which has an Apex roof. I was not going to be a le to get to eall for any further protection of brickwork, so eas happy that this product should waterproof my wall for up to 25 years. This was due to a new shed being erected close to rear garage wall. Goes on like a white milky Cream paste. Used a roller for large area and a brush for edges. Drys to a clear slight sheen which makes brickwork look slightly darker, but hardly. Once completely dry, you can hardly notice product has been applied. Cheaper than a simular product and appears to be of the same quality. Time will tell! Product is still very expensive for what it is, but we'll worth it if lasts the 25 years.

Sealing brick walls

So I had a flat with two big damp patches on the wall internally both sides of the window. Initially thought it was condensation but was way too damp for that that it got worst during heavy rain and winter periods. After lots of investigation I bought this product with apprehension and was utterly amazed that it completely done the job. This was ongoing for three years and getting worst with no possible solution by the builders. Got to the point of either cladding or replaster walls which I knew was not the actual solution. I reckon I saved mega money and time with this product. Best to try this first than try other solutions as it’s much cheaper option.

Slight leak in box but minimal loss so used without returning. Applied really easily and was absorbed within a couple of hours leaving the bricks looking wet. Has only been applied for 24 hours so can't comment on if it blends back to original colour or if it's stopped the water tracking through brickwork

Easy to apply amazing value for money considering this (plus some repointing) has stopped my leak completely. Was applied months ago and not a drop has come through since. Cannot see it once it's on and fully set/dry. So looks wise it's great. Water beads up on it so you can see it's working as advertised. Will be buying more to further repair/ future proof some other questionable areas of my property.
