Have bought the product by seeing all the online reviews. But the handle screw have come off within few uses only. Used for our baby food which is very less quantity without salt. Now when i am reading the warranty details it mentioned as - vent whistle, vent tube, nuts, safety valve, gasket, bakelite handles, handle assembly and handle screws are not covered under this warranty. I wonder what else is left over in this product to cover warranty. Is it the empty space in the cooker??. Over pried for this service. Thought will be a good product and service will be good because of the price. Would not have worried so much if bought any cheap quality product and it is damaged. This is scam

Very nice and well built, and is of the perfect size especially when you want to cook small portions for one person or max 2 persons. A great time saver. Bit on the expensive side, though.

Worst ever experience with Stahl cooker.. The cooker valve bursted while on the stove in 10 days from the date of purchase, in spite of enough water level in the cooker!!This was followed by worst customer service from Stahl!! When tried complaining to them on this, there was no one available on call (they have been on Diwali break since last Monday), only one revert here & there on whatsapp was available... On that also, they are plainly denying defect in their product and saying that, it happened due to less water in the cooker and offering only a replacement valve, that too through courier. Mind you, this is within product warranty as the cooker is brand new!!We had given our old cooker on replacement and this new cooker valve bursted, as a result we were left with no cooker during the Diwali festival... Please don't ever buy any Stahl products, as their after sales service sucks big time!! They are plainly fooling and cheating their customers!!

I bought this small 1lt cooker as I thought it would be handy to cook for my 2yr old son. I stay abroad, so when I was coming back from India, I ordered this from amazon and brought it along with me without testing as I always do that with pressure cookers. I also bought few prestige cookers along with this one. After my return to abroad, I started using them. Prestige cookers are working perfectly fine but this one not. I'm very much disappointed. First time I bought something outside prestige and I regret it. I'm not sure if I can still return it when I come to India. For sure this is not a cheap product to just live with a defective piece.Update: I could able to contact customer support team via whatsapp. They were proactive in responding and helped me solve the problem. Now I'm happy as it is fulfilling the purpose. So I'm updating the rating too.
