I feel so much better using my grounding pad. I'm so glad I got it!

I don't understand the principle behind how this works but I do love it. Mat is made of good material and comfortable. Looks kind of cool too. I think something like this takes time to know the real benefits so I will continue to use. Have it in the living room by the couch so it is there when watching TV.

I have read about grounding mats and really wanted to try one. It’s very easy to set up: plug one end of the included cord into the ground (see photo) of an outlet and the other end into the mat.The idea is that the negative ions (I believe), that mimic walking barefoot on the earth, flow into the mat & then into you when you’re connected to the mat.This mat is a nice thickness. I use it during yoga, some physical therapy exercises, and Qigong. Do you feel anything while on it? I don’t.There are supposed to be all sorts of benefits line reduced inflammation & better sleep. I’ve been using to daily for a couple of weeks now. It happened to come as I got plantar fasciitis in one foot.My foot does feel better but I think it’s most likely due to the exercises I’m doing & the massage oil I’m using.The first week I had it I slept horribly. Then I did finally have a couple of great nights sleep. But the next night wasn’t good.It also tends to move easily while I’m practicing Yoga, because it’s so narrow.

I purchased mainly to improve sleep and am surprised how well it does that. I almost returned it without trying it due to a 2 star review that showed up after I ordered. Glad I gave it a chance. No more melatonin needed!

This works well and works like it should.

I bought this for myself for grounding the body and it worked great. Then my husband got the components to build a new computer and was ecstatic to have a grounding mat to keep his new precious safe. Worked great for both of us and we love it. Nice to have a cord be so long to actually make it around things in a hidden manner!!!

I don't know what I was expecting when ordering this mat, but I've been using it for a few days and have yet to feel anything different. I don't know how long it's supposed to take to start feeling something, but it's definitely not anything immediate. With all the attention grounding has been getting, I would expect some sort of difference relatively quickly. I may be imagining it, but I feel like I can "feel" the grounding effect when walking barefoot on grass. With this....nothing. I've seen other mats that have a visible pattern where the metal is stitched in, but this doesn't have that. It's PU leather and rubber and I don't understand how it would conduct anything. I guess I'll have to wait longer to see if there's anything to report. I'll update if anything changes, but as of now...I can't say I'd order this again.

I'm going to give it some time...It is a good size and convenient to use (I put it under my dining table).
