Not great quality
Bottom part of the mug - the cork part looks poor of quality and can see the rim jutting out.

Keeping the beverage hot
Really liked the quality of this. The lid helps keep the beverage hot for a while. I’ve ordered this twice and only get the black one even though I’ve ordered for the white one
