If you have a situation like mine you will want this. The garage door in my rent house had no remote but would open and close with the button on the wall. (This one looks like a door bell ringer). This product will attach to the wire of the button and once programmed to the device with the remote included you can open the Door with it even from the car. Great product and simple to install.

Does not work for eg. Manaras openers. ( 3 or 4 wire system.)

I tried forever to fix the remotes on my existing opener. The door would open and close with no problem using the inside button. But the car remotes were hit or miss. I was afraid my wife was going to drive through the garage door, you had to get so close. I was almost resigned to buy a new opener. Then I thought I would try this product. Am I glad I did. Worked immediately and has been working since. You wont be disappointed.

We have garage door openers that I'm guessing was installed back in the 1980's, still working but a bit tricky getting remotes for. This solved it very quickly and easily.I can't believe how quick and simple it was to setup and use as long as you have the 2-wire doorbell like button unit, also just as easy adding multiple doors to each remote. Well worth the price.
