But we don't advise you use a thermal blanket or sheet between this blanket, the cooling effect may not be obvious. So we recommend that you use this blanket directly. And the material of the old grey one is nylon and inner filling polyester. They are all cooling comforters and super breathable and comfortable for hot sleepers, night sweats, and menopause hot flashes.
