Great starch
This is the best “starch” I have found for air frying meat. The reason why I buy it here, is I can never find it in the little town 8 live in.

Great for your gut, and works well for a thickener!
I switched over to this after hearing how good of a prebiotic it is. It works great for both me and my wife (I have IBS/SIBO -D, she tends towards C).It works great as a thickener, I use it to make cheesy sauces, beef and brocolli sauce, etc. Better than corn starch for me, and thickens well.Healthwise, it seems to normalize bowel movements, without causing any gas. I can't have inulin, or my stomach gets so inflamed/ bloated, it feels like it's going to pop.But the potato starch causes no bloating, and seems to normalize BM's for both D and C prominant.+ It's supposed to be non-digestible for humans, so it doesn't actually count for calories/ carbs. The only negative is it's not organic/ non GMO, so you don't for sure know how much gut biome destroying pestisides might be in it, but assumably much less than corn or wheat. (since underground + they remove the skin)EDIT:Negative:-Zipper doesn't work- bag fell out of pantry and starch went EVERYWHERE. Tested it again by sealing it as tight as possible, turning upside down , and again, starch went EVERYWHERE. They should add a zipper mechanism that works....

Best potato starch on the market
I use this potato starch for the last 56 years now and I must say I love this potato starch because it has a great way of creating good coating when I used to fry foods or either use for thickening sauces and it’s better than cornstarch by the way

What do you mean you haven't made Karaage Chicken?!
If you haven't marinated chicken thighs in soy sauce, sake, and ginger, then coated in potato starch before deep frying twice, YOU. ARE. MISSING. OUT. One of my favorite ways to have fried chicken. Its just so incredibly tasty and crispy! (and gluten free!)I'm sure there are many other things this stuff is good for, but this is why I always have a bag in my pantry.
