I’ve been taking creatine for years, and my biggest hang-up has always been powders. Even the “good” ones don’t dissolve well, or if they do, you have to drink them immediately or they settle at the bottom, which makes it feel like you have to chug it. I’m someone who sips on a 40 oz water bottle all day, so that’s always been a mental barrier for me. These gummies completely solved that problem. They do have a very slight gritty texture on the outside from the coating (almost like a sour gummy), but it’s honestly not a downside, just something to note. The convenience more than makes up for it. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, no mixing, no timing stress, just easy and consistent. As a dietitian, I’m very particular about supplements and only use products that are NSF certified and third-party tested, and this one checks all the boxes. On top of that, the flavors are genuinely good. I’m really impressed with this product and will absolutely keep it in my daily routine.

Great gummies, one of the few creatine gummy brands that have been tested and showed to actually have creatine in them. The taste is okay but I usually eat 4 gummies at a time and it just tastes like a flavorless candy which isn’t bad at all I just take them with water.

Creatine is a vital part of my daily routine and these gummies make it easy to get my daily allotment in. The blue raspberry flavor is good. You do need 3 gummies daily so this is a month supply per bottle. The gummies are pretty large. The texture is a little grainy sometimes but not overly noticeable. I do feel like the price is a little high but it is very convenient to just eat a few of these instead of mixing creatine into water.

Too early to review effectiveness, I’ve only taken them twice. But I want to share the texture and taste. First, each gummy is HUGE. They do not have the texture/consistency of gummies, so don’t expect that. The texture is like over-chewed gum with sand in it. The sand remains in your teeth. It’s hard to face two more gummies after getting through the first one. I bought the blue ones and the taste is odd, bordering on nasty. It is chemical tasting - not easy to keep going. These are expensive so I will keep going for the month to see if the results are worth the unpleasant texture and taste. Shipping was great!

I don't have much to contribute since I did just start these.... HOWEVER, the taste is awful and a gritty texture. I've see a lot of advertising for watermelon and green apple so maybe that was the sign the the other flavors are not great.....

Love the gummies! Flavor is just right without it being over powering or bitter. My husband and I take these gummies everyday and it’s sooo convenient to just grab and take on the go instead of having to scoop powder creatine, mix it, & then take it. 10/10 recommend
