I’ve been nervous, but curious for the longest to try adding creatine to my regimen. Worried about bloating, but so far all i have noticed from me taking this creatine is less soreness after hard workouts and the ability to push myself harder! That’s not to mention the incredible taste! So yummy and not chalky at all. Plus the ingredients are fairly clean for a gummy! Highly recommend! The quality of these gummies is unmatched! I’ve heard a lot of great things from this brand and creatine in general for recovery so I was excited to try. The watermelon smells amazing. I like the concept of hummus supplements because it’s quick and easy to take. I pop them in right before I go to the gym. I will say the my smell better than they taste but I mean the watermelon sweet smells amazing is rich and the watermelon taste is faint. But they don’t taste bad at all. Just not as as sweet as they smell but that’s a moot point considering it’s not candy it’s a supplement. I’m happy with the flavor I chose

You do need 3 gummies daily so this is a month supply per bottle. The gummies are pretty large. The texture is a little grainy sometimes but not overly noticeable. I do feel like the price is a little high but it is very convenient to just eat a few of these instead of mixing creatine into water.

the creatine in this is good quality and I do feel like it's working. Recovery has been solid and I have no issues with how my body handles it. The problem is everything else. The watermelon flavor is super weak, basically just slightly sweet with a hint of something fruity. The gummies are enormous so taking your daily dose feels like a chore. And the bottle is ridiculously oversized which makes no sense to me. If this was 30 bucks I'd say sure go for it, but at 50 you're paying a lot for a product that's just okay in the experience department. I might try a different flavor next time to see if that's any better.
