I would give it a 5 but when I opened up the shipping box the light bulbs were just rolling around loose, at first I thought they were just placed in the shipping box loosely until I found the original box wasn't seal and they came out. Otherwise, good product

I don't know who decided these work in the 16 inch lava lamps because they don't. Get 60 watt bulbs.Packaged well enough though. No duds on arrival, so there's that.

This bulb resurrected my 16 inch, 20+ year old lava lite lamp! It works like new.

Worked great to replace the bulb in my lava lamp. Haven't had to change it again since then but I have a spare now if anything happens.

Product is fine, just the bulbs were loose, and not in the box. But none were broke and they are fine.

Sometimes these bulbs for the lava lamps are hard to find, this works perfectly. Like knowing it's made for them.

This fit perfectly. But maybe the seller can help explain how to untwist it to remove it later when it's time to be replaced. It appears to be stuck.
