These work well for baking cupcakes to creme brulee. I have used them for years. They are a perfect size for individual servings, heat resistance (flan caramel, brulee torch) and come in a variety of colors which makes it easy to match an event color scheme. The lids are a bit hard to separate but they protect the product and allows stacking.

I made miniature apple tarts for an event and these were perfect. I was concerned about actually baking in them but had zero issues. The kids sometimes fit a bit wonky but I made them work.
